About us

Clarity through connection

Tarn Therapy began with a simple idea: therapy works better when it is built around how you think. Our clinicians see autistic and ADHD adults and teens, and each session is planned with you, from how we meet to what we cover and how we keep track.

  • Four licensed clinicians

  • Camera-off, phone and in-person sessions

  • Written agendas and recaps if you want them

  • Adults and teens

Our approach

How we work

Three habits that shape every session.

  • An open notebook and pen beside a navy cup of coffee on a white windowsill

    Plain and direct

We say what we mean and ask for the same. You always know what a session is for and what happens next.

  • A single seedling with a seed husk on top against a soft green background

    Your pace

Pauses, breaks and a different plan next week are all fine. You set the speed and we adjust.

  • A green shoot sprouting in a pot of soil on a windowsill

    Your body in the room

Fidget, pace, rock or look away. We do not ask you to sit still or make eye contact.
