Our services

Therapy for autistic and ADHD adults and teens. Every service can be adapted to how you work.

  • A therapist with a clipboard takes notes while a young man in a maroon shirt talks

    Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions at the pace you set, using methods such as ACT and CBT, adapted for how you process. We agree the agenda together at the start.

    • Routines that fit your week

    • Masking and burnout

    • Work, school and relationships

    • Self-understanding after a late diagnosis

  • A window looking out on green trees beside a radiator and a draped blanket

    Teen therapy

Sessions for teens, with a parent or guardian involved at the start. Your clinician explains how consent and privacy work under Washington rules before the first session.

    • School and friendships

    • Sensory needs and routines

    • Telling family what you need

    • Planning for college or work

  • A stack of balanced stones on rocks with blurred trees behind

    Burnout and overload

Practical work on what drains you: sensory load, masking and too many demands at once. We build routines and limits that you choose, and review them as life changes.

    • Spotting your limits early

    • Rest and recovery plans

    • Sensory and social load

    • Setting limits at work and home

  • A woman listens seriously as another woman, seen from behind, talks to her on a sofa

    Couples and family

For couples and families where one or more people are autistic or have ADHD. We work on how you talk, plan and share the load, with each person’s way of communicating respected.

    • Clear, direct communication

    • Sharing household tasks

    • Sensory and social differences at home

    • Parenting and partnering

  • An open notebook and a mug on a wooden ledge overlooking a tropical bay and island

    Work, school and identity

Support with a late diagnosis, a new job or a move to college. We work on what comes next, whatever your path.

    • Late diagnosis and identity

    • Job and study changes

    • Asking for accommodations

    • Deciding whom to tell

  • A man on a black sofa talks with a woman in red across a small coffee table in a white room

    Peer groups

Small groups for autistic and ADHD adults, led by one of our clinicians. Groups run when enough people sign up, so ask what is open.

    • Small groups led by a clinician

    • Camera-off option on video

    • Shared experience, at your pace
