Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Tarn Therapy wants its website and its sessions to work for people with disabilities, and we keep improving both.
Website standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which cover visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological differences.
Website features
The site has a clear heading structure for screen readers, strong color contrast, keyboard access to every control, text descriptions of meaningful images, and text that can be enlarged without losing content.
Sessions
Many of our adjustments are about how sessions run: camera off, written agendas, room to move, messages in writing and a quiet room. The accommodations page lists them, and you can ask for others at any time.
Physical access
Our office is in a building with elevator access, step-free entrances and accessible restrooms. Video and phone visits are for clients who are in Washington, where our clinicians are licensed.
Feedback
If you meet a barrier or have a suggestion, write to hello@tarntherapy.com or call (206) 555-0106. We reply within two business days.
Keeping up
We review the site and our practices regularly to find and fix barriers.
